Workshop #1: From the cacao bean to the chocolate bar
Our most popular chocolate workshop is the workshop "from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar". It lasts between 1h30 and 2h and you learn all the steps from the harvest of the cacao in a plantation to the obtention of a chocolate bar. From the cacao beans you will roast them, peel them, and grind them into a paste. This cacao paste is used to prepare the first known cacao drink (invented by the Mayas), the traditional chocolate. In the end, from refined chocolate you will prepare your own chocolate that you can take back home.
Workshop #2: Chocolate truffles and ganache
Two hours to learn how to prepare chocolate truffles or filled chocolate with flavored chocolate ganache. At the end of the workshop you will leave with your creation. This workshop will teach you efficiently how to prepare truffles so that you can prepare them at your place to make your friends and family very lucky.
